9.50-11.50: Guidelines in Action! The journey of the Test Areas (section animated and moderated by Poliedra)
6 work blocks (one for each step of the Guidelines): 5’ minutes of presentation + 10’ of work (each TA working separately) for each block, followed by 20’ of presentation of the work done by each TA and wrap up. Coffee and refreshments available.

14.00-14.20: The Indicators of Smartness and Smart Villages’ Test Areas (Poliedra)
Presentation of the first list of indicators of smartness in villages, shared by Poliedra on November 20th, as well as recap of the Test Areas and first selection of indicators for each TA.
14.20-16.00: Indicators in Action! (section animated and moderated by Poliedra)
Section of common work on Indicator cards (one for each indicator for a total of 20-30 indicators), roughly from 14.20 to 15.20. Each indicator card might contain the following questions: 1) Does this indicator make sense for your TA? 2) Are you going to be able to fill it in? 3) Do you have further suggestions for this indicator (redefinition, further definition, splitting in more indicators…)?
Wrap up from 15.20 to 15.50.
15.50-16.00: Conclusive remarks of the meeting.
