There are two reservation systems: the first one is the mobile phone application “Prontobus”. The other one is a call-center number available from 8.00 to 17.45 only on working days. From a list of stops the user can choose the departure stop and the arrival stop and the departure time or the arrival time. For call reservation 60 minutes notice is required. The user can reserve the route for the same day or for the next day or next week. It is no allowed to use Prontobus without reservation.
Prontobus ticket is the same of the existing public transport system and it is also purchasable on board.
